Heather Croft is a detached 1970s bungalow on Capon Tree Road, an exclusive road in Brampton. An existing Upvc conservatory was demolished to make way for a new single storey masonry extension, a new entrance porch was constructed and internal alterations were undertaken as part of the scheme. Completed in 2012, the end result was a bright, open, contemporary living space in what was once a property consisting of several small, dark rooms.

Planning Permission and Building Regulations approval were obtained as part of the commission for this project.
